Desiccated coconut (DC) is coconut meat which has been shredded or flaked and then dried to remove as much moisture as possible. There are a number of different styles of desiccated coconut used around the world, usually used in making curry, bakery, confectionery, ice cream, drinks and many more.

Oil content: 61 ~ 63%

Packing: 50kg net/PP bag => 1000bag/20dc

DESICCATED COCONUT: LOW FAT

Low fat Desiccated coconut is packed in multiply kraft paper bags with inner polyliner. Additional outer polywoven (PP) bags or customer’s request.
Moisture: =< 4,5%
Oil content: 25-35%
