You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3321 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/kingkong-vietsu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/15144_VG052914.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<div id=\"_15144\" class=\"inline-image\">\n<h4 id=\"caption_15144\" class=\"inline-image-caption\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Processing tra fish for exports at a plant in HCM City.<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<p>Vi\u1ec7t Nam\u2019s\u00a0<em>tra<\/em>\u00a0fish (pangasius) exports to China have been skyrocketing since 2015, making it the biggest market for\u00a0Vi\u1ec7t Nam&#8217;s\u00a0<em>tra<\/em>\u00a0fish by\u00a02017.<\/p>\n<p>Last year shipments to China were worth US$528 million.<\/p>\n<p>Top\u00a0<em>tra<\/em>\u00a0exporters including\u00a0V\u0129nh Ho\u00e0n\u00a0Corporation and Nam Vi\u1ec7t Corporation (Navico) have also looked for opportunities to introduce their products to restaurant and supermarket chains and on e-commerce channels such as Alibaba and JD.com in the country of more than 1.3 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u00e3n T\u1edbi, Navico chairman, said the Chinese market has a big demand for\u00a0<em>tra<\/em>\u00a0fish products which are used at fast food restaurants and hotels and for in-flight meals.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey know how to process\u00a0<em>tra<\/em>\u00a0fish, which a popular food among common people in Vi\u1ec7t Nam, into high-quality foods. They are fond of Vietnamese\u00a0<em>tra<\/em>\u00a0products.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tr\u01b0\u01a1ng Th\u1ecb L\u1ec7 Khanh, chairwoman of V\u0129nh Hoan, said for continued exports to China, Vietnamese businesses must understand that market well.<\/p>\n<p>In the American market,\u00a0prices of imported\u00a0<em>tra<\/em>\u00a0products could change\u00a0but slowly, whereas in the Chinese market the prices\u00a0change very quickly, she said.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0129nh Ho\u00e0n\u2019s\u00a0<em>tra<\/em>\u00a0exports to China are under formal export contracts and so face no risk in the market, she said.<\/p>\n<p>T\u1edbi said the US \u2013 China trade war had no impact on the profits Vietnamese\u00a0<em>tra<\/em>\u00a0fish make in China.<\/p>\n<p>Even the devaluation of the yuan would have \u201clittle impact\u201d, he said.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u00e3n Ch\u00ed Thi\u1ec7n, his assistant, explained that fluctuations in the\u00a0<em>\u0111\u1ed3ng<\/em>\u00a0and yuan do not matter much because transactions between Nam Vi\u1ec7t and its Chinese partners are carried out in dollars.<\/p>\n<p>According to figures released by the Vi\u1ec7t Nam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers, in April exports of\u00a0<em>tra\u00a0<\/em>fish were worth $143.8 million, including $42.9 million to China.<\/p>\n<p>China remained the biggest importer followed by the European Union, ASEAN member countries and the US.<\/p>\n<p>Source: http:\/\/vietnamnews.vn\/economy\/520699\/tra-fish-exports-to-china-on-the-rise.html#WI9wf0brstKjf0I7.99","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R\u1ea5t ti\u1ebfc, m\u1ee5c n\u00e0y ch\u1ec9 t\u1ed3n t\u1ea1i \u1edf Ti\u1ebfng Anh (M\u1ef9).
